Hi, I’m Brooke Wade — owner and broker of Wynn Management Services, and co-founder of Wade House Realty.

Since launching Wynn Management in 2011, I’ve grown our company into a full-service property management firm overseeing more than 200 doors and multiple high-end homeowners associations throughout Athens-Clarke County and surrounding counties.

My passion for real estate started early. I began working in property management as a teenager, and by 18, I was managing a 235-unit apartment complex. That experience lit a fire in me. During college, one of my final marketing assignments was to write a business plan, and naturally, I focused on starting my own property management company. That assignment eventually became the blueprint for what Wynn Management Services is today.

After earning my degree in Marketing Management from Athens Technical College, I moved to Colorado, where I embraced the outdoors — working as a raft guide in the summers and a ski instructor in the winters. But real estate never left my mind. I stayed active in the industry by working weekends at RE/MAX to stay relevant and connected in the real estate world.

I began working in property management as a teenager, and by 18, I was managing a 235-unit apartment complex.

Eventually, I returned back to GA and rejoined the company where I got my start. Shortly after, I was offered the opportunity to manage Scarborough Place, a 61-unit complex in Athens. Scarborough Place remains part of our portfolio to this day, and our office is still based there.

I earned my real estate license in 2007 and became a licensed broker in 2015. Over the years, I’ve built Wynn Management Services and Wade House Realty with my husband and business partner, Heys Wade, by focusing on what matters most: relationships, results, and referrals.

We’ve grown from a two-person team to a trusted, full-service company with an experienced staff, strong community roots, and a reputation for getting things done. Whether managing investment properties, luxury communities, or helping clients buy or sell real estate, our goal is always the same: to provide professional, responsive, and reliable service that exceeds expectations.
